Do you Travel?
I love outdoor shoots and will travel anywhere within the Quinte area. If you would like your photos at a venue further away we can discuss how much the extra travel fee will cost.
How long have you been doing this?
I have been capturing family and friends for over 25 years. I took my Master Photography certificate in 2017 and did my specialty in portraiture shooting out of my home studio.
I enjoyed capturing these special moments so much that we moved to a storefront studio in downtown Stirling ON. in 2019 and have been capturing images in this studio and in the beautiful gardens and covered bridge just out side the studio ever since.
How many photos do we get?
The minimum packages include 15 fully edited images with the option to upgrade to a larger package at any time.
How do we get our photos?
You will receive 2 image SNEAK PEEKS within 24 hrs to the email you have given me. Within the next 14 days you will receive an email with your link to your client gallery on this website and your own personal PIN number which allows you and only you to down load them. You have the option to forward the email sent to you to friends and family which will allow them to view and/or download ( if they have the pin #) the same gallery. After that you can choose to keep them on your computer, d/l them onto a stick or email your chosen images to get them printed on anything you chose. I always suggest a proper photography store, although it may cost more, the colors and clarity will print out as good as they look on the website. Walmart/Costco printing is usually not properly calibrated and your images will not look as good as they do on the screen.
Do you retouch photos?
Yes, in fact I will not sell or provide unedited images. Moderate editing is done on all images that you choose but an extra fee may be required if you are requiring a large amount of editing ( ie large amounts of skin blemishes in every image)
Whats your turn around time?
Your contract will state that I will attempt to get 2 sneak peaks to you within 24 hrs and I will get the rest of your edited images to you within 14 days. This is the maximum. Depending on how many images or sessions I have per week, I sometimes Ama ble to get them to you faster. You will get an email and PIN number that gives you direct access to your Personal Client Gallery on this website.
How do we book you?
Email wendycrossphotography@gmail.com or phone (613)970-4938 and we will set a time and date. I will email you a contract, as soon as you fill in the blanks, sign it and return it with the required e-transfer $50 booking fee, your session is booked ( this booking fee is already included in the quoted prices and the remainder only is due on your session day)
What should we wear?
I will send you a pre-session PDF specifically for your shoot giving you do's and don'ts for your session so you will be fully prepared.
